Homework 2: Response to History of Inernet Art & Auriea Harvey

I love that this article interviews a Woman of Color, Auriea Harvey, that paved the way for herself from the love of computers, and art. Something that stands out to me is when Harvey talks about computers being only for boys.
Even then, she decided to pursue her career in technology;
In a way, Harvey was closing that gender gap
that occurs in tech.
I loved reading this piece and learning more about Harvey's work. I found it humorous when Harvey began in HTML,
and companies would pay her good money because they thought HTML was a complex concept. It was fairly interesting to read about the term Net.art. I love this phenomenon of merging different forms of media.
